D.O.C. Bistro and Wine Bar's Wine Director, Tony Burger, will lead an "Indian Summer" wine tasting that features flavors perfect for Summer sipping. Guests will sample wines such as a selection of Champagnes, Russian River Valley Pinot Noir, Australian white wines and California Zinfandels. Burger will pour the variety of wines while Chef Andrew Jenrich provides an array of appetizers. The fee to participate is $35.
